Preventive measures against COVID

  1. Maintain a distance of 1.5 meters from others at all times.
  2. The use of a hygienic mask is mandatory in all outdoor and indoor spaces during the conference. The hygienic mask must cover mouth and nose. The use of a FFP2 (EPI) mask is recommended.

This video explains how to properly use a hygienic mask:

  1. Wash your hands frequently and for at least 40 seconds with water and soap or, if you don’t have any, with hydroalcoholic gel.

This is a poster about proper hand washing:

  1. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze and throw it immediately into a waste container. Then wash your hands.
  2. If you don’t have a tissue, use the inside of your elbow to prevent contamination of the hands.
  3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth, as your hands facilitate transmission.
  4. Do not shake hands and avoid any physical contact.
  5. Smoking is not allowed on the street or in open public spaces.

  1. Hydroalcoholic gel, surface disinfectant and waste containers will be available in the room.
  2. Each presenter will disinfect the surfaces or objects shared with other users, before and after each use (table surface, keyboard, chair armrests, appliances, etc.).
  3. The maximum occupancy is one person for restrooms up to four square meters. For larger units that have more than one cabin or urinal, the maximum occupancy is 50% of the number of cabins and urinals. While using the restroom, a safety distance of at least 1,5 meters must be maintained.
  4. Stairs should be used in preference to elevators. If you need to use the elevator, the maximum occupancy is one person. You must also wear a mask while using an elevator.
  5. Avoid contact with commonly used surfaces (handrails, door knobs, etc.).
  6. Avoid congestion when entering or leaving the room.
